The company was at the wrap-up stages of a re-branding project, performed by DAY in London, and we followed that process by extending the new brand into the digital world. We experimented with different directions for high-impact, saturated generated graphics, followed by intentionally playful & quirky grid-based layouts, and ended up with an expressive layout that accomodate rich game graphics as well as business & 'corporate' information. Following the firm's renewed focus on it's compound as a hub for cultural, artistic, media-savvy and technology activity, we came up with the concept of 'the perfect container' for future-thinking ideas & companies. An 'idea collider'. asked to work on the schematics for a new WilkinsonEyre.Architects site. The schematic design stage took approximately one month, and dealt with the challenge of organizing WilkinsonEyre's long list of diverse project into a coherent structure. Projects were arranged according to 3 groups of "tags": Type, Location & Theme. Each section contained a landing page that featured content from within that section, and we took the time to think about an image viewing behaviour that would serve the type of photographs being displayed. The covers were created using generative postscript tweaking, based on simple geometric shapes.
